Within the framework of the presentation of the first meeting of the Meetings and Events Industry dedicated to unique spaces for corporate events, VenuesConnect Forum, a real-time interactive survey was conducted to understand the relationship between supply and demand for venues. The study analyzed the search process, the types of events most requested, and the key criteria for choosing a space by event organizers.

The first national meeting between venues and event planners, VenuesConnect Forum, will have the support of the Madrid Convention Bureau. It will bring together, on March 10, 2020, at El Antiguo Convento de Boadilla del Monte, 140 event organizers and 70 representatives of spaces from across Spain. The event aims to connect through pre-established one-to-one meetings, training and motivational sessions, complemented by a gastronomic team-building activity.
