Destination Experience is presented to over 70 people

Destination Experience, the platform that allows Event Planners to directly connect with Destinations, Hotels, and Venues through a user experience very similar to streaming platforms using videos, was officially presented in Madrid on April 9th at the Yoigo Phygital Club, gathering 70 professionals from the MICE sector (MICE Agencies, Corporate Event Managers, and Marketing & Communication Managers).

According to the DX (Destination Experience) team, video is the main content used to showcase the capabilities of spaces targeted at the MICE sector and, thus, to offer the best selection of destinations, hotels, and venues for corporate events, enabling direct individual or multiple inquiries.

Beyond presenting itself as a platform, DX positions itself as the key tool for the MICE sector, streamlining the processes of management, search, and contact for Event Planners. This MICE service aims to become a strategic resource for Destinations, Hotels, and Venues, allowing them to increase their visibility and, above all, generate potential clients through receiving inquiries directly from the Destination Experience software.

Among some of the advantages they offer to their audience at launch are:

– Expanding the offer of MICE spaces
– Enjoying fast, intuitive, and up-to-date navigation
– Accessing videos of each space explained by their protagonists
– Sending inquiries directly and without intermediaries
– Having coverage on social networks

DX’s goal is to apply technology to the MICE industry and they currently define themselves as the “Revolution of the sector.” A large turnout and a cutting-edge space in the center of Madrid were the ingredients of this platform and DX team’s debut on April 9th, supported by Global MICE Forums.
